Undertake continuous training to obtain and uphold necessary certifications for booking travel. Participate in webinars conducted by vendors and suppliers to acquire specialized knowledge about specific destinations. Account for budgetary limitations when planning trips for clients. Generate promotional materials as needed. Stay updated on fluctuating travel restrictions. Arrange
bookings for airline tickets, car rentals, hotel accommodations, cruises, ticketed events, etc. Maintain effective communication with clients before and after their journeys.
Address any issues that may arise during the booking process or while clients are traveling. Establish connections with tour operators to explore potential packages for clients’ consideration. Part-time or full-time availability. Requirements Proficient communication skills with an emphasis on client interaction (sales background preferred). Possession of a smartphone with internet access; having a laptop is recommended but not mandatory. Personal travel experience is highly advantageous, although not obligatory.
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not strictly required.
