POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Solar Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Solar Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing solar panels, inverters, and other solar-related products.
You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that all materials are organized and easily accessible for our installation crews. This is a fast-paced and physical position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment. Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and store solar panels, inverters, and other solar-related products in an organized and efficient manner. Pull and pack materials for each installation job, ensuring that all required products are loaded onto the installation truck.
Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies. Keep the warehouse clean and organized, ensuring that all materials are easily accessible and labeled correctly. Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed. Assist with loading and unloading installation trucks as needed. Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of
1-2 years of warehouse or inventory control experience Forklift certification preferred.
OSHA 10 required before starting date Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of solar products and industry is a plus.
