Duties include: Devise modeling and measuring techniques Uses mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, operational mathematics techniques and other principles of scientific and economic disciplines to develop risk scores Provide qualitatively and quantitatively supported recommendations regarding cyber postures Document & capture
activities, models, simulations, and analyses techniques for simulationed scenarios Qualifications Required Qualifications: BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, Ph D 0-2 Will consider HS+10 years of experience.
Capable of supporting the development of Python scripts and packages that will be used by the data analysts. Familiar with building Python scripts using supervised and unsupervised ML (both text and image-based machine learning), natural language processing (named entity extraction, summarization, etc. ), and/or network analysis (social network analysis, centrality analysis, dynamic network analysis). Familiar with maintaining and deploying a notebook-based data science environment (Jupyter Hub).
Familiar with advanced Python data science packages (pandas, networkx, scikit-learn, py Torch or Tensor Flow/Keras, matplotlib or plotly, etc.
). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to work periodically on shift to assist the team US citizenship required Active DOD TS/SCI Clearance Preferred Qualifications: Background includes quantitative experience and/or education (e. g. mathematics, statistics, etc. ). Experienced with model development and testing as well as gathering, relating, and identifying data with variables in models. Has developed reports noting various alternatives and success probability when there is no single solution.
Possesses an in-depth understanding of cyberspace doctrine, policies, operations, and organizations.
