Management (CXM) and Employee Experience Management (EXM) strategy, framework, and function within a government agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to): Advise on defining, developing, implementing, sustaining, and maturing CX/EX digital experience management plan.

Provide strategic consulting to drive integration of customer-facing and employee-facing digital and data systems to deliver a unified experience across channels, including digital, telephonic, and in-person. Advise on optimal DFAS CRM technology. Provide strategic consulting for development, documentation, and implementation of Agency Voice of the Customer ( Vo C ) collection platform. This includes but not limited

to Vo C platform research, evaluation, case studies, contracting support, implementation support, collecting and monitoring customer feedback, information collection requirements across selected customer journeys and service channels, integrating with Agency training initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders across appropriate missio n areas.

Provide strategic technical advisory support, analysis and consulting REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology , Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatio n T echnology M anagement or another related field. Active Do D Secret security clearance. Demonstrated work experience advising on defining, developing,

implementing, sustaining, and maturing CX/EX digital experience management plan.

Demonstrated experience with optimal DFAS CRM. Demonstrated experience with Vo C collection platforms.
