our core values to life. Responsibilities As a Training Programs Coach , you will assist with training programs by motivating, encouraging, and always providing a safe atmosphere for all participants.
You will work with other coaches and the Training Programs Coordinator to implement running programs, schedule events, and coordinate training sessions. Our Training Programs Coach is comfortable speaking in front of large crowds of people, is friendly and outgoing, and promotes positive and challenging experiences for all participants. This person is responsible for showing up to coach program events in-person.
