QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: A bachelor’s degree specializing in human resources or equivalent educational background. This position works Monday-Friday; 5:30pm - 2am. Duties & Responsibilities: Performs custodial maintenance duties, including mopping, finishing and buffing floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. Dust furniture, machines, and office equipment. Performs routine maintenance on custodial equipment. Empties trash receptacles, bags trash, and disposes trash into containers. Service, clean, and restock restrooms. Reports needs and concerns to appropriate staff, which may include submitting
or recommending work orders. Request supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
