Communicating with Shipping coordinator/Production and Planning on any unfavorable variances/issues encountered when staging for production & shipping.
Participates in Operators evaluations and HR related actions. Coordinates forklift maintenance with vendors. Investigate, identify root causes and propose corrective actions in the case of a warehouse related customer complaint or internal hold. Coordinates with ACCT/Manager when facility repairs are needed.
Recommends and enforces warehouse safety requirements. Participate in Periodic Inventories and Cycle Counts as scheduled or required. Work with planning and purchasing to streamline inventory levels based on our needs.
Review all warehouse related paperwork (PAFs) before submission to Accounting. Coordinate and work on internal holds Actions and ensure submission of accurate paperwork.
