Role Glean is looking for an outstanding data-driven and creative digital marketer to add to our growing team. In this role, you will report to the Head of Growth Marketing and work closely with our sales and partner teams to play a major role in building and scaling our growth engine. You will be responsible for the strategy and
execution of SEM, SEO, CRO and will have overall responsibility for managing Gleans website to create demand and influence opportunity creation within our target market segment.

Manage and scale Gleans advertising budget and own ROI targets for all digital channels, including: paid search, organic search, retargeting and display, paid social, and other platforms.
Manage the continuous testing and optimization of digital marketing audiences, ads, content, creative, and landing pages, leveraging data analytics and performance testing. Optimize conversion rates through frequent inspection and continual testing, including using platforms like Webflow lead generation forms and conversion rate optimization. Work across the company with SMEs and thought leaders to publish and optimize engaging and valuable SEO content to attract and convert our target personas.
Act as website producer to drive continuous improvements to , with hyper focus on growing traffic and driving conversions and pipeline. Execute business plans and collaborate cross-functionally on the overall GTM strategy. Collaborate with regional marketing teams in the Americas, EMEA, and APJ to build programs that support our pipeline and revenue targets globally. Work closely with marketing operations and finance to report on marketing activities, and support leadership in defining and measuring organizational goals.
Who you are 10+ years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience in the Saa S industry. A proven track record of executing successful SEM and SEO programs and delivering consistent, highly-qualified leads into the funnel in a cost-effective manner. Extensive B2B marketing experience, knowledge and recent hands-on experience within Saa S/Enterprise Software. Experience in a high-growth startup is a plus. Thrives on a data-driven approach to marketing with the ability to make fact-based decisions and work proactively with others to share the insights and drive change. Experience communicating marketing strategy, plans, and insights to internal stakeholders.
