team, this role will be responsible for assisting with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives in the Strategic Wealth Business, focusing on emerging growth opportunities with key client segments, including Independent financial advisors, insurance agents and retirement specialists.
Key responsibilities include assisting with the execution of the marketing strategies to help drive growth through the distribution of marketing efforts, including collateral materials, web content and maintenance updates, brochures, direct mail, email campaigns, newsletters, event planning, other sales tools and supporting content. Typical campaigns can include one or more of the
following components: digital, web, direct mail, email, webcasts, social, videos, and events.
Marketing Responsibilities: Assist with the implementation of marketing campaigns such as editing and creating marketing materials, updating webpages, drafting emails and working with compliance for approvals Measure KPIs and coordinate reporting of marketing campaigns Work with the marketing managers to create and update segment versions of marketing materials for the Strategic Wealth Business segments for distribution through various platforms Assist in coordinating webinars and events including but not limited to creation of invites, recordings, lists, follow-ups and presentations Assist with ad-hoc internal and external communications Collaborate with the broader marketing team and business partners on campaigns and initiatives Work closely with key stakeholders such as compliance, sales, external agency partners, legal, tax, and NYL corporate teams to ensure deliverables are met in adherence to brand and regulatory guidelines Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required 3-5 years marketing experience with investment/finance knowledge Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines Self-motivated individual who can adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment Excellent interpersonal skills Experience with cross-department collaboration is required Experience analyzing data to draw insights and learnings Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro Knowledge of Seismic, Tableau, Percolate, Eloqua/Engage a plus Retirement and defined contribution plan knowledge a plus Investment/financial knowledge/interest Experience working for a brokerage, bank, investment manager, consultant, insurer, or pensions/endowment is preferred #LI-AM1 Salary range: $72,500-$107,500 Overtime eligible: Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes Sales bonus eligible: No Click here to learn more about our benefits.
