Responsibilities Working in the Water Damage Restoration Department Work with management and team members to promote the company's culture, reputation and philosophy Respond to new projects with the Lead Technician within company's scheduled time windows. Show basic understanding of all metering tools (thermal camera, penetrating and non-penetrating, thermal hygrometer, etc. ) Assist in conducting an initial backssment
to determine the extent of the damage, the scope and strategy to remediate the project for mold, sewage, fire and water losses. Show basic knowledge of how-to moisture map and sketch a project accurately.
Show basic knowledge and assist in documenting a project through photos, notes and field reports Assist in keeping vehicles clean and stocked with required materials and equipment allocated to a project. Assist in maintaining a safe workplace, free from obvious health and safety issues for the customer and staff members. Successfully complete tasks on project as instructed by the Lead technician without supervision. Qualifications Water damage restoration experience is a plus. Valid

Physical Requirements This role routinely uses construction equipment such as heavy machinery, hand and power tools. While performing the duties of the job the employee may work aloft, climb, bend, pull, reach overhead, stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. Frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Environmental Conditions Travel to a variety of worksites every day. May work in varying temperatures; both inside and outside, including inclement weather, heat, humidity, cold, and dampness.
May work in areas with exposure to moderate/high noise levels. May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles including dust. May be required to work in confined spaces or from high heights.
