an ABA-Approved law school, exemplary academic credentials, and at least 5 years of experience managing complex litigation matters from inception to trial. Duties: Manage and oversee all aspects of New York Labor Law litigation matters. Prepare pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents related to construction labor law cases.

Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing to support litigation strategies. Handle discovery processes, including managing document production and conducting depositions. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on construction labor law issues. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case management. Attend

court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as necessary. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-Approved law school. Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in New York Labor Law litigation matters.

Proven track record of successfully handling construction labor law cases. Admission to the New York Bar in good standing. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-Approved law school. Certifications: Current New York Bar admission in good standing. Skills: Strong litigation skills, including handling cases from inception to trial. Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing abilities. Proficient in managing discovery processes and conducting depositions. Strong communication

and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of legal professionals.
