Proficient in first-chair drafting of both basic and sophisticated estate planning documents, integrating estate and income tax planning, including irrevocable trusts. Extensive experience in catering to and addressing the planning needs of high-net-worth clients.
Demonstrated client relationship skills, including the ability to lead in-person client meetings. Requirements: Licensed to practice law in the State of California.
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active and valid California State Bar membership. Skills: Expertise in trusts and estates law. Strong drafting skills for a variety of estate planning documents. In-depth knowledge of estate and income tax planning. Exceptional client relationship and communication skills.
