trial, and must possess a strong background in personal injury litigation. Duties: Represent the firm's clients from pre-suit through the conclusion of cases, either through settlement or trial. Prepare for and participate in numerous jury trials throughout Florida each year.
Manage approximately 35-40 files, working directly with at least one paralegal and a team of legal assistants. Conduct motion practice, fact and expert witness depositions, and general discovery practice. Serve as First Chair during trials. Prioritize client customer service and representation. Manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment. Effectively communicate with clients and co-workers. Possess excellent
organization skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Work in a team-oriented environment. Requirements:5+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
Trial experience is required. Demonstrate strong communication and people skills. Bilingual skills are a plus. Experience with Smart Advocate (case management software) is a plus.
