of free parking! This Virtual Staff RN, part of the Hospital at Home Program, role is for an RN who wants to be part of an innovative team working as a virtual RN in a command center. The virtual Hospital nurse will be the nucleus of the care provided to inpatients who are cared for in their home by medical personnel.
This RN will have virtual visits with the patient, document in the electronic medical record, coordinate the plan of care, and participate in multidisciplinary rounds. The majority of your time will be spent in a central command center where you will be working with other RNs and Medical doctors to care for patients who require inpatient care, but can receive the care in

Lahey Hospital and Medical Center is now offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for this position. Nurses must be licensed with at least one (1) year of nursing experience to be eligible for the signing bonus. Important Details: Signing Bonuses are paid out in three payments. Maintain accurate records of all contacts and will document all contacts in the WIC client chart and breastfeeding spreadsheet. 9. Refer breastfeeding problems, such as possible medical problems and medication questions, directly to the WIC CPA or IBCLC, or to a physician if the concern is immediate 10. Attend conferences on breastfeeding to increase knowledge. Attend state and local breastfeeding meetings/trainings for peer counselors. 11. Plan and lead the monthly Breastfeeding Support Group.
