The Associate Attorney will actively contribute to the growth of the oil and gas practice within the firm, assist in developing new business opportunities and client relationships, and have an in-depth understanding of oil and gas and real estate law. Duties Draft and review title opinions related to oil and gas matters in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Provide legal
advice and support to clients on various oil and gas-related issues. Conduct legal research and analysis to stay current with industry trends and regulations. Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to develop effective legal strategies.
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and actively contribute to the growth of the oil and gas practice. Assist in the development of new business opportunities and client relationships. Requirements Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Admission to the Bar in Ohio and/or Pennsylvania.3+ years of experience drafting title opinions in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Admission to the Bar in Ohio and/or Pennsylvania. Skills In-depth understanding of oil and gas and real estate law, including relevant regulations and industry practices.
Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Experience in business development and client relationship management (preferred). Familiarity with related areas of law, such as real estate, environmental, and energy law (desired). Strong background in oil and gas title law, particularly in the drafting of title opinions in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
