Duties: Conduct legal research and analysis on business and securities litigation matters. Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Assist in the management and organization of case files and documents. Collaborate with senior attorneys in case strategy development. Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings as needed. Provide support in all phases of the litigation process.
Requirements:1-3 years of relevant litigation experience. Specialized experience in healthcare litigation is a plus. Strong academic background with a law degree from an accredited institution.
