The role may involve travel, including overnight stays, and requires a valid driver's license.

Duties Immediate immersion in the litigation process, handling suit initiation through trial. Draft, review, and file necessary motions during the course of litigation. Prepare for trials/arbitrations as necessary

for the firm. Communicate with consumers, employers, and attorneys to resolve accounts/suits. Timely and proper handling of court appearances in nearby counties within reasonable travel distance.

Review all new and ongoing legal pleadings and documents for accuracy. Requirements Licensed in the State of Idaho and Washington to practice law. Additional licensing in other states (ID, MO, IA, NE, CA, FL, GA, OR, AK, HI, NV) is welcomed. Comfortable appearing in court and consistently appearing on time, using personal transportation. Willingness to travel overnight for certain locations. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active law license in

the State of Idaho and Washington. Additional state licenses are a plus.

Attention to detail in reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of legal pleadings and documents. Timely and proper handling of court appearances.
