Duties: Provide legal counsel on healthcare regulatory matters, including Anti-Kickback, Stark, False Claims Act, EMTALA, and HIPAA compliance. Assist with physician-hospital contracting and patient care issues.
Negotiate and draft contracts and corporate transactions within the healthcare sector. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience within a law firm or in-house.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Knowledge and experience in healthcare law, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions.
