Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining occupational health programs, ensuring the well-being of our employees, and contributing to a safe and healthy workplace. Insurance providers; Providing initial backssment and treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses, including first aid and emergency care as needed; Conducting medical surveillance, medical screening, vaccinations, and health risk backssments for employees; Designing and implementing wellness programs to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent illness.

Interpret and implement global occupational health practices, country specific regulations, HR guidelines and policies that reference an employee's ability to either return to work or remain at work Monitoring and ensuring the company's compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices; Maintaining

accurate and confidential medical records for employees in compliance with privacy regulations and company policies; Working closely with other departments, such as human resources, safety, and management, to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies; Work on special project in support of human resources, and health and safety.

The skills we are looking for A valid nursing degree from an accredited institution; A valid nursing license in the respective state or country; Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management; Ability to provide emotional support and understanding to employees dealing with health issues or personal challenges; Ability to backss and respond to health-related situations in a corporate environment; Strong organizational skills to manage health programs and maintain accurate records.
