The Position: We are currently seeking TOP Sales Closers, Fully Licensed Health Insurance Agents for our Leading Agency to provide exemplary sales support on behalf of our industry leading healthcare clients. solutions that make a real difference. You must have the ability to provide a positive experience to our Major Medical, Short Term, & eligible customers while growing your book of business together!

Your primary job duties will include: FFM certification is Preferred At least 1 year of experience in phone-based insurance sales, preferably Health Proven track record as a top closer. Coachable with a willingness to follow directions. Possess a winning mentality. Conduct a thorough needs analysis with each client and determine the most appropriate insurance plan based on a combination of price and value from the carriers we represent Meet monthly enrollment goals and call quality standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Position requirements and qualifications: MUST have an active 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License (FL) Inbound call center experience strongly preferred but not required Flexibility- The position is primarily 9am-6pm, however agents must have the flexibility to commit to high-volume hours that could include evenings or weekends during peak season Proficiency in computers and CRM software Positive attitude- It's important to be positive in this role and not let your previous call affect your current or future calls.
