Commission and test equipment using certified test procedures to verify they are operating at peak efficiency.
Conduct on-site training and communicate with support staff on related technical issues. Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service at customer sites. Maintain first time fix and field response time customer satisfaction rate of 90% for assigned region. Maintain a satisfactory parts inventory, requisitioning additional parts required to perform normal duties. Provide feedback to Engineering Department
