Completion of at least one M365 Email project across a minimum of 7 domains with complex Oracle identity management rules using OIG, fed by People Soft, used for licensing, MFA, and utilizing Coreview for delegated administrative access. Completion of at least one project leading knowledge transfer/training of key stakeholders on processes and email policies.

This includes, but is not limited to the transition of user, shared and resource mailboxes as well as distribution lists, assignment of proxies and licensing using a CSV Tumbleweed process Completion of at least one project using advanced analytical skills to perform queries across multiple data sources using Excel Power Query.

Completion of at least one project with at least 30 stakeholders. Completion of at least one project using third party tools, such as Quest, to migrate data in both on-premise to tenant and tenant to tenant scenarios on at least one project.

Experience with migrating GMail to M365 on at least one project MS Platform including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, Project, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, and Word, Service Now and Tumbleweed Responsibilities Lead the transition of all remaining colleges (8) in their on-premise Microsoft Exchange to M365 and 1 college migrating from google for staff faculty email and the migration of all student email for 26 colleges. This requires an in depth understanding

of working with multiple domain requiring delegated administrative access, complex identity management rules for licensing, Multifactor Authentication in Teams (MFA) and advanced analytical skills.

Leads knowledge transfer to all colleges through the provision of project templates and engaging appropriate Subject Matter Experts. (SME) in Teams, Identity Management and Cybersecurity. Ensures SMEs complete assigned tasks. Participation in daily scrum calls with our M365 engineers. Conducts and assists the colleges with business analysis as required. Work with Quest on license assignment per college. Manages issues/risks and escalates as needed. Identifies and implements presentation materials including milestone charts, dashboards and project team reports for senior management.

Communicating with project stakeholders including sponsors, steering committees, user community and team members Manages project-related testing and training activity in the sandbox.
