Position Details: Position: Field Support Service/Technical Support Client: Dental Equipment Manufacturer Location: Hoffman Estates, IL Duration: Full Time Must Haves: Electrical/Electronic/Electrician/Electromechanical experience. Technical support with IP Address. Route calls to appropriate parties when necessary. Provide advanced troubleshooting to resolve technical issues. Offer remote desktop support using remote desktop software. Working with electronics/machines, being able
to Maintenance/Repair/Troubleshoot hardware. Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $30k - $35k annually.
