Develop business requirements and test documents that focus on the correct decision-making factors based on legal issues within the insurance industry, and work with technical developers to effectively apply these requirements during Charlee R&D and user implementations. Leverage insurance legal domain knowledge to help technical staff define data science and machine learning models and provide customer support within insurance,
legal and AI to spot mismatches and inaccuracies in predictions and work with experts to fine tune or develop NLP models. Collaborate with others in the organization during R&D phase of Charlee development.
Testing business requirements and validating model results against insurance law domain rules to ensure compliance and perform customer Implementation to include Fine tuning NLP and prediction models with data scientists and domain experts leveraging insurance legal experience to deliver AI accurately to clients. Perform validation and testing of our prediction and pattern detection models by comparing results of the AI processes to traditional legal analysis to ensure adequacy and
reformulate models as necessary. Present the KPIs, predictions, insights and patterns to end users (i.
e. insurance companies who could use our software to save time and money on the legal analysis they would perform on claims made against the insurance they provide) via our A. I. product Charlee. Prepare management reports defining and evaluating problems with the accuracy of the AI legal analysis and recommending improvements to models/KPIs within Charlee. Design, conduct and evaluate experimental Charlee operational models and collaborate with technical architects, data scientists, developers and end users as needed to revise the models. Observe Charlee in operation and gather and analyze information about each of the parts of component problems, using a variety of sources, and compare to revised plans.
