Program Summary Leidos is a preferred subcontractor on a large, multi-year contract that develops, integrates deploys, and sustains large collection systems.

The team will provide 24x7x365 support
to multiple Operations Teams and will feature 1st/2nd/3rd Party Partner Engagement. Job Summary The System Engineer shall provide " hands-on" technical support for the design, integration, documentation, training, sustainment, and deployments.
(U) Each contractor personnel working this TTO shall have the relevant years of experience in the applicable labor category as defined in Appendix B of the SOW of which a minimum of 2 years (within the last 5 years) of that experience shall involve 4 skills from the following list: Signal conditioning, Telephony Switching System, Communications Systems, TDM/PCM Multiplexing/Modulation/Switching Systems, Packet Switching System, Advanced
protocols. (U) The System Engineer (SE) analyzes user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications; analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities; guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies; provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
The SE incorporates new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations; develops technical documentation; guides system development and implementation planning through backssment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans; interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations.
The SE has ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility and communicates with other program personnel, government leadership, and senior executives. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
Fourteen (14) years experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. A minimum of two (2) years (within the last 5 years) experience with at least 4 skills from the following list: Signal conditioning Telephony Switching systems Communications systems TDM/PCM Multiplexing/Modulation/Switching systems Packet Switching Systems Advanced protocols Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Pay Range: Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
