You also bring the following skills and experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Two years of experience in customer service or comparable positions. Experience in loan sales, application generation, and loan closing experience at a financial institution. Previous experience in understanding and explaining credit bureau reports, liaising with members in satisfying loan stipulations, scheduling closings, and processing loan documents.
Successful ability to sell ancillary insurance products. Ability to build positive relationships within the bank and capable of establishing professional expertise through integrity, dedication, and strategic counsel.
