Our accredited five-bed residential facility offers customized care to females ages 7-18 who've been diagnosed with mental

YOUR DAY AS A DIRECT CARE WORKER As a Direct Care Worker, you are a
key member of our team. Each shift, you provide compassionate and watchful care to our residents.
Your tasks vary depending on whether you're working a day, evening, or night shift, but they include interacting with the teens, cooking, and overseeing them as they clean their rooms. You also enjoy watching movies with them and just being there to ensure that they follow our house rules. It doesn't matter if you have no experience in caregiving or mental health work. You are well-trained and happy to help in any way you can. Each day is rewarding because you love helping our residents progress and grow! WHAT WE NEED IN A DIRECT CARE WORKER 19 years old or older High School Diploma or GED Valid Drivers license preferred No experience is necessary.
