Requirements: At least 2 - 5 years as a nanny, or caretaker specifically with experience looking after toddlers. You should be very comfortable dealing with conflict and can diffuse it quickly. I. e. One doesn't want to get dressed, or leave the park, share toys, hits their sibling, says " no" to everything as they discover their their independence and boundaries, etc No car needed but, must be able to go on short
on walks to the park, and be able to lift a 20 lb. stroller up and down a few stairs. CPR certified and basic knowledge of first Aid is required by the time of start date Although I'm not bilingual, my children are fluent in both English and Spanish, so bonus points if you speak Spanish (but not a firm requirement).
Schedule: The hours below have some room for flexibility, but ]ideally would look pretty close to 30-ish bi-weekly schedule: Week 1:12:30pm - 6:30pm on Mon, Tues, & 1:30 - 5:30 on Fridays (17 hours)Week 2:12:30 pm - 6:30pm Wed and Thurs (12 hours)Week 3 (same as week 1)Week 4 (same as week 2)Adding or removing hours is def possible, including some weekend or evening shifts.

of intersectionality within the LGBTQ senior community. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: May perform duties of a Caregiver 1 and/or Caregiver 2. Oversees and manages all onboarding and ongoing training for other CGs (1, 2, 3) using manuals and formal training materials as a guide.
Serves as a mentor to all CGs. Demonstrates leadership with significant contributions (coordinates assignments for other CGs, active participation in team discussions and care plans as needed). Oversees work of others; takes on more complex cases working directly with Interdisciplinary Team and/or licensed professionals. Encourages teams to exercise safe practices and utilize proper equipment to complete tasks. Prepares
space for community members by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
