This candidate must have experience with building and maintaining highly effective relationships with team members and multiple stakeholders across multiple projects. What You'll Be Doing As the Test Engineer at Redan, you will: Apply a deep understanding of software testing types and methods to support Agile Software Development and ensure

the delivery of high-quality software products. Implement and utilize various test tools such as Selenium, Katalon Studio Automation, Groovy, and Java Script to support automation and performance testing.

Utilize command line terminals like Git CMD, collaborate with defect tracking systems such as Jira, and work with developer tools like Visual Studio Code and IDEs. Develop and implement efficient testing strategies, including the creation of test conditions and test scripts tailored to specific projects. Ensure comprehensive testing coverage and requirements traceability by crafting, implementing, and enhancing detailed test plans, test cases, user stories, test steps, and test automation.

Define clear expectations for all testing tasks, including inputs and outputs, to maintain a consistent testing process.

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, scripts, and create necessary test data for Agile Software Development teams. This includes various testing types such as functional, integration, regression, data integrity, stress testing, and assisting with user acceptance testing. Skillfully decompose requirements into detailed test cases for both functional and regression test execution. Profile of Success Bachelor's Degree in related field or study 5 years of hands-on experience as Test Engineer Proficient understanding of software testing methodologies to support Agile Software Development Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Katalon Studio, Groovy, and Java Script for automation and performance testing Experience in managing both manual and automated testing teams, including goal setting, task delegation, and status reporting.

Proven track record in developing and executing efficient testing strategies, including test conditions and scripts for projects. Experience creating and maintaining centralized test management systems to monitor test progress and results. Demonstrated ability to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and traceability through detailed test plans, cases, and automation.

Proficient in defining precise expectations for testing tasks, including inputs and outputs. Familiarity with command-line terminals (e. g. Git CMD), defect tracking systems (e. g. Jira), and developer tools such as Visual Studio Code and IDEs. Competence in using Chrome developer tools to analyze web page content and resources. Expertise in crafting and executing test plans, cases, scripts, and test data for Agile teams, covering various testing types. Skilled at identifying gaps and deficiencies in business requirements, technical specifications, and testing documentation.

Experience in defect tracking and reporting key metrics to drive process improvements. Ability to coordinate and set up test environments for planned test executions.
