and features and conduct independent research and self-study on Elastic products/solutions as needed to support customer use cases; Mentor new support team members, guide them through initial 8-12 weeks onboarding and training period by providing guidance on processes and procedures, product/solution knowledge, and certification, as well serve as a resource and provide guidance within the larger support team; Act as a technical representative of the Elastic Support team in external events (Meetup, conferences, workshops, etc.

); Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U. S. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related subject area,

plus five (5) years of experience in job offered, Analytics Support Engineer, Infrastructure Specialist, or related occupation. - Employer will accept 3- or 4-year Bachelors degree.
