and features and conduct independent research and self-study on Elastic products/solutions as needed to support customer use cases; Mentor new support team members, guide them through initial 8-12 weeks onboarding and training period by providing guidance on processes and procedures, product/solution knowledge, and certification, as well serve as a resource and provide guidance within the larger support team; Act as a technical representative of the Elastic Support team in external events (Meetup, conferences, workshops, etc.
