management. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will Improve infrastructure performance and operational efficiency, reducing service downtime and transaction duration times. Maintain and enhance supporting processes and tools. Liaise with internal and external development teams and relevant IT teams, ensuring effective communication of production issues and risks.

Develop Subject Matter Expertise for managed AE Products and Platforms, documenting standard operating procedures, known issues, and workarounds. Follow Change Management processes and procedures, completing necessary documentation within specified timeframes. Play a key role within the Delivery Team, removing roadblocks within

system, platform, security, network, and infrastructure areas. Address platform security compliances. Conduct root cause analysis and problem rectification, including data and software changes to prevent incident recurrence.

Provide 24x7 support when required for Incident management. Requirements Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the operation and management of large-scale systems in a mission-critical environment. Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in a 24x7 operations environment supporting mission-critical systems for external customers. Experience in service management processes (incident management, problem management,

change management, etc. ). Demonstrated experience in Java development and building Ops monitoring tools.

Experience designing, debugging, and running fault-tolerant large-scale distributed systems. Experience with software repositories such as GIT & Bitbucket. Experience with relational databases such as My SQL, Oracle, Postgres. Experience in Linux system administration, HA Proxy, Apache, Web Logic, Tomcat, and JBoss. Knowledge or experience with Java, Python, PHP, C/C++, Java Script.
