Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is required. Duties: Conduct thorough analysis and research to backss the patentability of medical devices and mechanical engineering innovations. Draft, prepare, and prosecute patent applications in compliance with USPTO regulations and guidelines. Collaborate with inventors, attorneys, and technical experts to gather necessary

information for patent prosecution. Provide legal advice on intellectual property matters related to medical devices and mechanical engineering. Assist in the development and implementation of patent strategies to protect the firm's clients' innovations.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in biomedical or mechanical engineering. Admission to the USPTO is mandatory. Minimum of 3 years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience. Strong academic achievements with a focus on patent law or related fields. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Solid understanding of patent laws and regulations, particularly in the medical devices and mechanical engineering sectors.
