We are currently seeking an energetic, customer focused and committed Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team.
The Salesforce Consultant will be responsible for working directly with and running client projects. This includes business process reviews, technical design, Salesforce configuration, and project management. The Salesforce Consultant will be measured based on customer satisfaction, project quality, and project profitability. This is a remote role, preferred in the Jacksonville area,
but open to the United States, with limited travel. Responsibilities and Duties: • Build and maintain relationships with clients. • Manage client projects.
• Lead business process reviews (BPRs) to define and document client processes. • Hold meetings with clients. • Design Salesforce and related App Exchange implementation solutions for clients. • Configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Quotes, CPQ, Conga Composer, and various additional Salesforce and related App Exchange products with Salesforce workflow tools, such as Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Lightning Flow, and Approval Processes. • Continuous training and learning about the Salesforce platform and related
App Exchange products, including staying up to date on Salesforce’s releases.
• Data exporting and importing using tools such as Workbench, Data Loader, and Data loader. • Deployment from Sandbox to Production using Change Sets. • Train clients, both their admins on the Salesforce configuration and their trainers/end users on how to use the solution that was configured. • Provide support to clients engaged in support agreements. • Track time worked throughout the week and provide notes on work done for client project reporting. Qualifications: • 3+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience working in a consultant or admin role. • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialist is a plus. • Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines. • Project Management experience. • Proficiency is Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point as well as Google Mail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides. • Strong attention to detail• Ability to understand business processes and needs, both explicit and implicit, and translate them into requirements and project planning documents. • Ability to clearly communicate with clients in English.
