Manage collaborations to execute operational processes and incorporate feedback from client management and project collaborators. This includes leading and participating in meetings, and formal/informal communications (e-mail, chat, video conference, in-document comments, etc. Structure operational workstreams for reporting and tracking including milestones and key deliverables.

Track work and report on progress weekly (informal) updates and monthly (formal) project/workstream status reports. Identify and communicate risks in projects and workstreams and apply techniques to backss and mitigate the risks using help and support from client management and project collaborators. Requirements 4+ years in program management, with experience in supporting the development of technical tools and engaging with outside customers. Highly organized with an impeccable attention to detail Comfortable with ambiguity, can turn incomplete or even conflicting inputs into clear plans Experience identifying & implementing scalable solutions to systemic challenges Clear communicator (both written & verbal) who can facilitate dialogues with senior stakeholders and drive toward outcomes Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and work with multiple programs to better support the development and growth of the team.

The base salary range for this position in California or NYC is $100,000-$120,000 per year. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per California SB 1162 and the NYC Wage Transparency Law.
