Contribute to development of quality inspection plans for first piece setup acceptance, AQL, SPC, and final inspection. Interpret customer

drawings and specifications, and reference company work instructions and process travelers. Must be able to work off-shift, weekends and holidays when business demands require it.

CMM Programmer ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Advanced blueprint reading, GD&T & shop math (Trigonometry)Develop CMM programs in a virtual offline software using CAD based models Responsible for CMM program document change control management Assist with development and documentation of metrology BKMs CMM Programmer SKILLS REQUIRED:5-7 years' experience programming CMMs preferably in a machining environment Certified training to ASME Y14.5:2009 preferred Mitutoyo MCOSMOS 4. x Software programming experience strongly preferred

Ability to correctly use and interpret basic measuring tools including weight gauge, micrometer, caliper scale (linear), gauge blocks, thread gauges, and comparative standards Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to interact with fellow employees and customers in a professional manner Ability to understand and follow instructions Independent; can work with limited supervision and direction NPI or R&D experience preferred CMM Programmer PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to the floor Exert up to 50 pounds occasionally Near acuity and accommodation are required for reading dial and digital gauges, blueprints, and precision measuring instruments used in the inspection of parts and assemblies Ability to differentiate shades and color to identify finish defects Able to hear and understand spoken directions Able to hear warning bells, tones, and alarms (e.
