to set things up how you want them to be. This is a hybrid role, with options to work out of London and Cambridge offices. Role Responsibilities: Working with key individuals across IT, Product Development and Delivery functions, to define the processes and standards for all support tickets.

Handling support tickets and ensuring they are appropriately resolved and analyzed. Build strong independent teams that can support our applications as per our SLAs. Understand our applications and build knowledge bases for support. Measure and report on key application support metrics. Handle Major Incidents, ensuring all stakeholders are appropriately informed, and the right teams are brought to

resolve the issues. Skills and experience that will lead to success: Degree or equivalent qualification in a computer/business related discipline Working in a software support function to at least a senior level Building and developing teams Supporting hosted applications preferably in Azure Experience providing appropriate support and expertise on on-prem installations to client users and IT teams Knowledge of IT Service Management tools and processes e.

Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position is $88,500 to $130,000 annually.

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
