•Collaborate with architects and engineers to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient serverless solutions. •Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in technologies to drive continuous improvement. •Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing development team. •Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging the team to excel in their technical roles. •Manage resources,

allocate tasks, and ensure timely project delivery. •Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project goals and requirements.

•Develop work break down structures for project planning. •Participate in project standups and address challenges to keep development team on track. Proactively drive resolution of any blocking issues. •Conduct regular project code reviews. •Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance development efficiency. •Foster effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business

objectives. •Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project status and team performance.

Education and Experience: •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. •7+ years of experience in Software Development •3+ years of experience working as Technical Lead/Architect or Development Lead in a client facing or consulting role •Proven expertise in Appian Platform and implementing complex Appian solutions. •Proficiency in SAIL, Java, HTML, CSS, Java Script and Full stack application architecture. •Strong understanding of systems integration, business process automation •Hands-on ability to perform Proof of Concepts.

•Demonstrated experience in leading and managing software development teams. •Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Ability to align technical strategies with overall business goals and objectives. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Appian, AWS certifications (nice to have). •Experience building process automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, Ui Path or another RPA tool. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. - Manages activities of two or more sections or departments.

- Exercises supervision in terms of costs, methods, and staffing. - In some instances this manager may have subordinate supervisors and/or managers. - Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. - Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. - Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements. - Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.

- Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship. - Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates. - Senior management reviews objectives to determine success of operation. - Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect. Pay Transparency Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
