POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction and supervision of the Adult Day Program Manager (ADPM), the Adult Day Program (ADP) Caregiver 1 provides personal care services to community members participating in the program. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide personal care and escort assistance according to the individual needs and services plan. Activities can include but are
not limited to: assistance with grooming, dressing, toileting, bathing, eating, peri-care, and skin checks.
Report observed changes in the community member's condition to the program team.
