This team meets regularly to discuss both items to ensure Hammer Tech is staying ahead of changes in Microsoft's Partnership Program for MSPs, Partners, etc. but also for staying ahead of changes that may impact our clients. In addition, the team reviews our strategic focus to ensure we are looking into future to continuously improve our Microsoft (and other cloud offerings) to meet the demand of the ever-changing needs
of our target client base. Summary/Objective Work closely with sales, operations, customers and key vendors to build creative, business outcomes driven, technology solutions for our customers.
The Senior Solutions Architect should verify requirements and engage with customers to craft the most appropriate solutions for the customers' needs and budgets.
