We are looking for an individual who wants to change the world by “designing a better future” one project at a time. Sound like you? As an Architect, you will. Develop and coordinate drawings and specifications, manage consultant coordination of projects, and take part in all
phases of the design process. Coordinate with project leads to: Develop solutions for design problems, including program compliance, code compliance, and agency interface.
Develop plans, address and find solutions for project-related issues, and collaborate with senior staff on projects that are more complex in nature. Identify and address issues affecting project delivery, budget, construction costs, schedule, and any risk management concerns. Prepare and adhere to project management plans by coordinating with the project team for completion of tasks consistent with project timelines and budgets. Provide technical oversight and coordination of project activities, including construction
administration, with clients, consultants, contractors, and staff.
Complete and keep code review and analysis through the completion of the projects. Advise project leads of potential client and consultant requested changes to scope of work; figure out cause and effect to project budget and schedule on larger project. Follow established standards for design, quality control, and production. Aid or take part in quality control reviews. Assist in the development of materials to support design and marketing efforts. Exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills by completing tasks accurately and on schedule. Assist project team and market/studio leadership with other duties that may be assigned.
Architect Qualifications – The Must-Haves (Required) Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years Education project experience Licensed Architect in the U. S. (California preferred) Proficient with BIM/Revit software programs, MS Office Suite, Bluebeam Architect Qualifications – The Like-to-Haves (Not Required) LEED accreditation Salary Range: $85,100-$128,800 annually.
