Responsibilities: Owns the responsibility of end-to-end ecosystem impact related to business development and HR business functionality, technology choices, system integration, etc. Aligns architecture across IT value teams and product lines by overseeing and advising upon architecture decisions for products Collaborates with Business Development and HR Value Team Leads and Product Line Leads on the end-to-end development of systems, technology blueprints and product roadmaps Can both identify and select technology stakeholders that affect their functional area / portfolio and can work with business stakeholders to identify business requirements

Supports the shaping of the technology strategy for the Value Team that aligns with the business and enterprise architecture strategy Lead technology capability backssments and architecture road-mapping Defines guidelines for product lines to ensure alignment with broad enterprise architecture strategy Supports the Business Development and HR Value Teams' objectives and performance goals Desired Education Level: Bachelor's Degree is required.

Concentration in Computer Science/Engineeringor related fieldispreferred. Advanced degree preferred. Master's in Technology Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics or like field. Required Skills & Experience: Able to understand
