The Sales and Operations (S&OP) Demand Planning Business Architect (Prod Co FTS) is a critical position tasked to design and deliver Sn OP and demand planning business capabilities within the FTS Tower as part of Intel's Transformation Office.
This position will manage demand planning business analysts and partner closely with other FTS business architects to deliver best in class Sn OP demand planning processes, tools and analytics. If you are looking for a role

Responsibilities: Develop and align the program transformation approach for Prodco Sn OP Demand Planning by understanding business objectives, defining transformation goals, and aligning them with the overall program strategy.
Drive end-to-end demand planning transformation efforts within the tower, ensuring that all necessary processes, resources, and stakeholders are aligned. Engage with key stakeholders within Forecast to Stock and BMG/CSPO/GEMs operational groups, to ensure clear communication and buy-in for transformation initiatives. Manage and lead business process analysts to develop
and deliver solutions at the L4/L5 granularity A key part of the role will be to identify gaps, adhere to target operating models, and support the implementation of new industry standard best-in-class processes and technologies within the Sn OP Demand Planning space.
Identify potential risks and issues related to transformation efforts within the tower and work to mitigate them. Coordinate the right change management efforts to effectively implement within the tower to support the adoption of new processes and technologies by operational employees. Objectives: Develop a clear understanding of the current state and challenges within Intel Prodco Sn OP Demand Planning.
Understand current desired to-be and influence end state direction based on industry best practices Partner with analytics team to create baseline demand metrics, pilot a Prodco Demand Planning metric scorecard Design and implement demand prioritization processes to feed into Blue Yonder IBP Wafer Planning system/processes Design, pilot and implement demand prioritization processes at other stages within the supply chain Design, pilot and implement intelligent demand forecasting methods (Statistical/AI) Design, pilot and implement intelligent wafer inventory planning targets Help to design and stand-up Sn OP demand planning roles, responsibilities, and processes - driving the evolution from current state to to-be within operations Expand Consensus Demand process to include scenarios/ranges and path to ingesting scenarios within supply planning processes.
As a successful candidate, you must possess: Experience in supply chain business transformation, process improvement, change management within the demand planning and/or Sn OP space. Experience with Executive and/ or Management level communication across Stakeholders on status, actions, risks, and mitigation. Advanced knowledge and track record of Business Solution Development in semiconductor supply and demand planning.
Knowledge of advanced problem solving and business process mapping. Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively Connect the dots between multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously in conjunction with program leads. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and opportunities. Willingness to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decision-making. Strong familiarity with Industry standard process and tools used to deliver best in class operational performance.
Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of hands-on experience in demand planning in either operations or transformation efforts with a strong demonstration of customer-focused process development or 10+ years of hands-on experience in demand planning in either operations or transformation efforts with a strong demonstration of customer-focused process development in lieu of the degree.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science or related field.
