As a Service Now Integration Architect, you will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions within the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industry-standard integration principles, Service Now integration best practices, and hands-on experience with Service Now Integration Hub and Integration Hub Spokes.
As a Senior Service Now Integration Architect you will: Integration Strategy Crafting: Devise comprehensive integration strategies that align seamlessly with the overarching goals of our products and processes. Integration Design and
Development: Lead the design and development of integration solutions, ensuring they exhibit the utmost reliability, scalability, and flexibility. Service Now Expertise: Harness Service Now capabilities to create robust, efficient, and secure integration solutions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to orchestrate the integration of data from diverse sources into Service Now, ensuring the accuracy, dependability, and alignment of integrated data with business imperatives. Performance Optimization: Scrutinize and optimize integration architecture, pre-empting potential bottlenecks to augment system performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Integration Governance: Establish and enforce integration governance policies and procedures, safeguarding data integrity and maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requisites.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of integration principles and standards, facilitating knowledge sharing within the organization. Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to other architects and Service Now developers, fostering their professional growth. Collaboration and Requirement Analysis: Collaborate closely with IT teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to thoroughly understand integration and data requirements, translating them into effective solutions.
Performance Monitoring and Issue Resolution: Continuously monitor performance, proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure the reliability and availability of services. Required qualifications US Citizen required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or related work experience. Proven experience as a Service Now Integration Architect or similar role, with at least 8 years of experience. Strong knowledge of various Service Now products and processes.
Expertise in available Service Now APIs and a good understanding of various API architectural styles, including REST, SOAP, Graph QL, Webhook, Web Socket, file-based integrations etc. Experience with web technologies such as Java Script, Jelly, HTML, JSON, CSS, Angular JS, Jelly, Ajax, j Query Hands-on experience with data integration tools and technologies. Good understanding of Service Now CMDB and CSDM framework Strong understanding of Role Based Access Control and secure API practices Expertise in data modeling, database design, and SQL. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
