MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in related field. Preferred Experience: Previous Nursing recruitment experience; previous experience recruiting within a union environment. Preferred Licenses/Certifications: Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
