in others' lives! WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST AT KIDDS DENTAL This part-time position typically works from 7 AM - 4 PM on Thursdays, 10 AM - 4 PM on Fridays, and 8 AM - 12 PM two Saturdays per month.
There is the possibility of more hours if desired. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you are the first face our patients see when they come into our office. Your primary responsibility is to provide a warm welcome and exceptional customer service. When patients visit our office, you are responsible for checking them in and out for their appointments. You also schedule future appointments for them. If a patient misses an appointment, you follow up with them.
Additionally, you manage patient records and efficiently complete office duties such as emailing, filing, and light cleaning as needed. You love working directly with our patients! REQUIREMENTS TO BE A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST To be successful in this role, you need excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. You should also have a friendly demeanor and strong attention to detail to ensure the office runs smoothly. It is essential for you to be organized and efficient while maintaining excellent patient care. The knowledge and skills required for the position are: Customer service skills Multi-line phone experience Basic computer knowledge and email experience Experience in the dental industry is preferred.
