Job Responsibilities Configures and manages the settings and security features of endpoint devices to ensure they adhere to company policies and standards. Installs, updates, and maintains software applications and security patches on endpoint
devices. This includes antivirus software, operating systems, productivity software, and more. Creates roadmap for OS upgrades. Implements and maintains security measures on endpoint devices to protect endpoints from malware, unauthorized access, and data breaches.
This may include firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption. Qualifications Experience: 6+ years experience in Infrastructure in a Technician or Administrator role using Endpoint Security. 3+ years experience supporting assigned technology (i. e. Microsoft, Apple, Android, etc. ) Experience with Endpoint Security, A/V systems (Check Point, Sentinal One, Intune) Experience training and mentoring others desired. Education: Bachelor's Degree in an IT related role. In lieu of Bachelor's Degree, may consider Associate's Degree plus 2 additional years of directly related experience. Other Skills/Qualifications: Understanding of current mobility, endpoint, remote access and security technologies.
