They will perform sanitation duties during run days and on weekend cleanups. Help train new employees in the batter mixing operator position Stay at workstation when the co-batter mix operator is not in the batter area.
Batter mix operators will relieve each other for breaks. Perform equal and/or lower rated job duties as assigned by Team Leader personnel when batter is not running. Help move batter totes with the walkie lift when needed or directed. Document viscosity, equipment settings, and batter inventory information Maintain good housekeeping in work area. Keep equipment in the area of responsibility clean. Follow all plant safety policies and procedures. Be actively involved in safety, participate in safety programs, engage in safety activities, perform risk backssments and demonstrate ownership as well as leadership in personal safety and the safety of other team members.
