Service Assurance also manages, measures, and reports on critical Network Services processes, procedures, controls and metrics to ensuring adherence to the Bank of America risk framework. The Network Services organization has embarked on a journey to mobilize a product centric operating model, for which Service Assurance will be constructing the guardrails, standard operating procedures, change control, and associated reporting / data aggregation as it relates to the product centric operating model.
This role will be part of the Network Product Integrity and Mobilization umbrella, focused on the definition of product operating model guidelines. The primary objective will be to document the guidelines for the minimum adherence criterias, procedures for product catalog change control, and design controls which can be monitored for adherence. Job Summary: Lead for Network Services Product Operating Model guidelines. Establish an inventory of all associated Product Operating Model requirements, expectations, controls, with ability to apply oversight on adherence Define key artifacts, minimum requirements, and routines required for Product teams to be cleared as a " product operating model live" product Ensure alignment across all Network Services products and drive consistency where required by guidelines Continuously backss opportunities to drive procedural improvement and enhancement Maintain relationships within the team and key stakeholders Owner of Network Product Model work procedures as well as associated controls Establish inventory of federated processes and develop review pipeline to interrogate procedure and control performance.
