Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Business Administration, or related field) strongly preferred; extensive work experience as a Production Supervisor within a manufacturing environment, required in lieu of degree.
Experience/Skills Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing leadership role (Lead operator, Group Leader, etc). Minimum 3 years manufacturing supervisor experience, strongly preferred. Demonstrated decision making skills, being both timely and effective. Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including motivation of team members and conflict resolution.
Demonstrated knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S or other discipline. Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications and QAD experience. Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as within a team.
