Essential Functions: Lead the daily activities of client service associates. Coach and counsel branch staff to improve customer service, sales and operational skills by providing on-the-job training. Help develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals. Ensure the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss. Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations. If needed, supervise branch activities in the
absence of, or in conjunction with branch management team. Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking.

One (1) or more years of related experience and/or education and training. Work related experience should consist of financial institution cash handling
and customer service background. Education experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school or financial industry related curriculum, should be business or financial industry related.
Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to carry out instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, reports and correspondence, and speak clearly to customers and employees. Ability to deal with routine problems involving multiple facets and variables in standardized situations. Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $18.36 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
